Policies

• No smoking inside cabins. No pets.
• Check in time is 4 PM and check out is at 12 NOON.
• A $200 deposit is required on reservations.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least twenty-one days (3 weeks) prior to start of reservation or deposit is forfeited. Cancellation fee of $10 (ten dollars) charged on all cancelled reservations.

• Weeknights - $225 per night + 11% tax
• Weekend nights - $275 per night+ 11% tax
• One week - 7 continuous days negotiable (contact us for price)
• Groups of over ten persons must contact us for negotiable price
• Cabin One has a minimum two night reservation policy, except for SIU Parents' Weekend, Homecoming Weekend, Graduations, and DuQuoin Stair Fair Weekends, during which a three night stay is required. (Contact us to request exceptions. Note: Cabins two and three may be rented for a single night)

Cabin Two Rates

• Weeknights - $100 per night + 11% tax
• Weekend nights -$125 per night + 11% tax
• One week - 7 contiguous days negotiable (contact us for price)
• Groups of over four persons must contact us for negotiable price
