Policies

• No smoking inside cabins. No pets.
• Check in time is 4 PM and check out is at 12 NOON.
• A $200 deposit is required on reservations.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least twenty-one days (3 weeks) prior to start of reservation or deposit is forfeited. Cancellation fee of $10 (ten dollars) charged on all cancelled reservations.

• Weeknights - $300 per night + 11% tax (2 night minimum or $50 surcharge for single night)
• Weekend nights - $350 per night+ 11% tax (2 night minimum - NO SINGLE NIGHTS)
• One week - 7 continuous days negotiable (contact us for price)
• Groups of over ten persons must contact us - $20/person per night for each additional guest over 10 persons.
• SIU Parents Weekend, Homecoming Weekend, Graduations, DuQuoin Stair Fair Weekends, and major holidays (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day etc.) require a three night stay MINIMUM (contact us to request exceptions).

• Weeknights - $125 per night + 11% tax (2 night minimum or $25 surcharge for single night)
• Weekend nights -$150 per night + 11% tax (2 night minimum stay or $25 surcharge for single night)
• One week - 7 contiguous days negotiable (contact us for price)
• Groups of over four persons must contact us for negotiable price
